Why Squaddies Exists
Despite significant effort across the sector, many individuals within the armed forces community continue to face housing instability during and after service, fragmented access to support, dropout during key recruitment and transition stages, and declining physical and mental readiness. These are system-level challenges that require structured, operational solutions — not short-term intervention.
